TBP vlog #5

Here is my final video in the Team BackPack experience for 2014. You can see the difference in my emotions from right after the live auditions to this video where I'm at the airport headed back home. Overall, the experience was great and I would do it again, in fact it has made me realize the power and necessity of attending conferences. As independent artists I think it is too easy to get overwhelmed between work and creative time and lose sight of the business side of the music business. Without attending conferences and networking with artists outside of our immediate circles it is near impossible to expand our circles of influence. I met a lot of great artists at the 2 day event and got to connect with two good friends I hadn't seen in a while; so I'd have to say it was a success.
