I am happy to say the writing for my fourth studio album is near complete. There will be either 13 or 14 songs on the project (12.5 are finished so far), and one A Capella poem. At present there are 6 producers who have lent their talents to the project, and one more may be adding his voice to the album.
There is only one guest feature on this project, my dear friend Stan Mays Jr. (his debut); because it is a really personal album and it didn't feel right to have any other guest features. The album is about my time in the US Marine Corps and the years immediately following my release. I am literally bearing my soul on this project, sharing stories I have never shared before and looking at myself in the mirror to ask myself how I have helped to make both our country and global society better, stronger and safer.
